We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location in the center of the beautiful garden was like paradise. The grounds were well landscaped and maintained, providing a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed spending time by the outdoor swimming pool, especially with the natural thermal water that was pleasantly warm. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of services such as car hire, laundry, and airport shuttle, which made our trip even more convenient.
This hotel is highly recommended for families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Nice if your room is in the main building, the depandances are to be avoided because it seems to be completely in another hotel with 3 stars less.

Ristorante Pietratorcia was 5 mins walk away. We appreciated everything about it, all service and staff. Short drive to spiaggia di cava grado. The free Wi Fi was a cherry on top.

The pool area was absolutely beautiful and had two large pools to choose from. The surroundings were well-maintained and the pool bar served delicious and reasonably priced food. The hotel also had a fantastic location, with two excellent restaurants and mini-markets within a 5-minute walk. The bus service was convenient for exploring the island and there were plenty of free beaches to enjoy.
There were some negative aspects to my stay. The staff at the hotel were slow and unhelpful, with poor English skills, making communication difficult.

Nothing made a good impression to me.
The receptionist forgot about our reservation, and because of that he allocated us in an annex room witch was very small, with dirty sheets and a bad bathroom. The arrogant receptionist tried do lie to me while looking in my eyes that the annex was in fact the main building (for witch I payed extra). In the morning the breakfast was a poor experience, because they treated us in a separate place of the main restaurant and the food was not great. So, after one night we checked out. The hotel is full of old tourists witch came for the spa and thermal pools (the pool water is not hot at all) an is a bad place for young people.

The pool and the location of this hotel is the reason that we keep returning. It has a thermal pool and the hotel, although next to a busy Ischian road, is set in fantastic grounds. We stayed bed and breakfast this time but ate in the hotel on 2 nights and the food is good enough and very good value.
This was the first time that we had booked our room through Booked.net and I have to say that I think the hotel tried to accommodate us in a lesser standard and poorly located room as a result. Knowing the hotel well, we had booked to stay in the 'Main Building' but on arrival the staff informed us that they consider the whole hotel grounds to be the 'Main Building'. This is not something I agree with as there are apartments within the grounds and then some rooms in the main building where the meals are taken. We argued and managed to get an apartment located closer to the main building but not within it.

The hotel is situated in the centre of a beautiful garden, which looks like a paradise. the rooms are clean and usable, with a pleasant view overlooking the garden. the buffet breakfast is pretty good, especially the coffee. there is a pool in the hotel for a refreshing swim.
Some communication issues with the staff as they don't speak English fluently.

the pool, the location
Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful, and dealt with the ant infestation in the bedroom and wardrobe. Management were not so helpful...asked 3 times for an extra pillow (only 1 per person) and towel (only 1 for 2 people!), and each time this involved a trek from the annexe we were in to reception and back.

We loved the variety and quality of food at the restaurant by the swimming pool. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, offering a shuttle service to the nearby beach. The swimming pool area was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the natural warm thermal water. The hotel's location in a quiet area away from the noise of the city made our stay even more enjoyable.
Everything was spot on.

The thermal pools with the mountain in the background was beautiful. It was very relaxing around the pools. The rooms were large with tall ceilings. The terrace (rooom 61) has a beautiful view. Other terraces do not have such a nice view.
The breakfast was poor quality from the cafe to the cornetti (cafe and orange water from a machine) and disorganized. The hotel very much caters to Germans (we are not German).

The pool was immaculate. Several of the staff were exceedingly helpful. Breakfast was large and plenty of it. The landscapte was in excellent condition and very appealing
Yes, there is a farmer next door who raises crops but also chickens and roosters that wake you up every morning at 4:00 a.m. and the smell of the roosters was intolerable. Don't know if it's part of the hotel or not, but defenitetly unnaceptable if you're staying away from the main hotel section. Not sure if you hear them in the main areas. Also, there was no fan or air conditioning in those areas away from the main section. Not sure about main section.

Spent a lovely Easter weekend at a beautiful hotel on an Italian island. Enjoyed the lush gardens and the lovely swimming pool. the hotel had an impressive range of facilities with an excellent spa service and lots of activities organized. Appreciated that the hotel was located just a short distance from the beach, which was great for a morning walk. Loved the fact that there were lots of good restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the hotel.
Unfortunately faced some negative experiences during the stay. the breakfast was a bit disappointing, with very limited options.
